What It Is
A dance-floor wrap is a full-surface vinyl graphic printed to your exact design and installed across the dance floor before guests arrive. Every square foot is covered: your monogram, logo, event theme, or a custom illustrated scene. It transforms a plain wood or carpeted floor into the most photographed element in the room.
The print process uses high-resolution output on non-slip, venue-safe vinyl. The graphic adheres without adhesive damage and is removed completely at strike, leaving the original floor surface undisturbed. Installation is typically complete within an hour, well before doors open.
Wraps can extend beyond the dance floor itself. Stair treads, stage risers, bar fronts, and lounge platforms can all be covered in the same graphic language, creating a cohesive branded environment across the entire space.

Will the vinyl damage the dance floor?
No. The wrap uses a non-adhesive cling-style application that holds in place under foot traffic and is removed cleanly at strike. No residue, no marks. We have installed on hardwood, laminate, polished concrete, and tile without issue.
Can the design include our monogram or event logo?
Yes, that is the most common request. We work from any high-resolution logo or hand sketch you provide, or our team can build the graphic from scratch using your event colors and theme direction.
How large can the wrap be?
There is no fixed maximum. We print to the exact dimensions of your floor and can accommodate standard 20-by-20-foot dance floors as well as custom shapes and oversized surfaces. Just share the floor layout and we handle the rest.
Is a dance-floor wrap slippery?
No. The vinyl we use is specifically rated for dance floor applications and passes the same traction tests required by venues. Guests can dance normally without any slip risk.
How far in advance does the design need to be finalized?
We ask for the final design approval at least two weeks before the event date to allow time for print production and shipping to the venue. Rush timelines may be possible depending on the event calendar, ask us when you reach out.
