What It Is

Customization kiosks turn every guest into a designer for the night. A branded touchscreen station sits on the floor, guests step up, and within minutes they have a one-of-a-kind keepsake they built themselves. No waiting on a photo line. No generic party favor. Something personal they actually want to keep.

The stations cover a range of items depending on what fits your event: structured hats with embroidered patches and custom fonts, phone cases printed with green-screen composite images, sneaker design competitions with real prizes, sticker photo prints loaded with emojis and graphics, and all-in-one kiosks that produce phone cases, dog tag necklaces, license plates, and more from a single touchscreen interface.

Everything is produced on-site and distributed before guests leave. The system pre-loads your guest list so entering a name takes seconds, and a live preview shows exactly how the finished item will look before anyone hits print.

Where It Works

Customization kiosks fit any event where guests want to leave with something personal.

How Long It Runs

Most customization stations run the full length of the event, typically three to five hours, operating continuously so guests can visit at any point during cocktail hour or the main reception. Setup arrives roughly 90 minutes before doors open. A station attendant staffs the kiosk throughout, keeping the line moving and assisting guests with the design process. High-traffic formats like sneaker design competitions pair well with a countdown element earlier in the evening.

Frequently Asked Questions

Reach out through the chat below if your question is not covered here and a member of the team will get back to you quickly.

How long does it take for a guest to get their item?

Most items print in under two minutes from design completion. For embroidered hats, turnaround is five to eight minutes. A dedicated attendant keeps the line moving so guests spend most of their time designing, not waiting.

Can we customize the station to match our event theme?

Yes. The kiosk wraps, digital backgrounds, font palettes, and item templates are all tailored to your event color scheme and theme. Your event name and date appear on every finished piece.

How many guests can the kiosk serve in a typical event window?

A single kiosk running a full four-hour event can comfortably serve 100 to 200 guests depending on the item type. For larger events, running two stations simultaneously removes any bottleneck.

Do guests keep what they make?

Yes, that is the point. Every item is produced and handed directly to the guest before they leave. There is no mail-later option, everything happens on-site.

Can we combine more than one customization station type at a single event?

Absolutely. Pairing a hat station in the cocktail area with a phone case kiosk during the main reception, for example, gives guests two distinct experiences and two different keepsakes to bring home.
