We produce events across New York City, Connecticut, Westchester, the Hamptons, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and destinations worldwide. Our crews routinely load into convention centers, museums, warehouses, country clubs, hotels, and private estates.
Do you provide the production crew, or just the rental gear?+
We do not drop off gear. Every system we bring is installed, operated, and struck by an experienced crew who run the show from load-in to the last cue.
How early should we book a corporate AV production?+
No time is too soon. As soon as you know your venue and start putting your event together, bring us into the conversation, because AV and production needs often shape the layout and flow of the room, and talking with our team early often surfaces gear or capabilities you did not realize were possible. That said, because we run our own gear with our own crew, we move fast when timelines are tight. In a lot of cases we can come through on 24 hours notice, and we have done it, depending on equipment availability, the location of the event, and how big it is.
Can you handle branded activations and custom scenic builds?+
Yes. LED video walls, custom stage scenery, custom bars and furniture, kiosks, custom stages, branded podiums, illuminated signage, and gobo projection are core offerings. We work with your planner, creative team, or agency to translate the vision into a production design.
Do you carry insurance for high-profile venues?+
We maintain general liability and equipment insurance and can issue venue-specific certificates of insurance. Museums, hotels, and corporate campuses receive their COI in advance of load-in.

Yes. For conferences and galas we design the full production around your run of show: video walls and screens for presentations or live camera feeds, a sound system tuned to the room with on-site engineers, stage builds, and lighting programmed to your agenda. Larger productions get a dedicated production manager on-site from load-in through strike, working alongside your team and the venue.
Can you produce AV and lighting for both indoor and outdoor events?+
Yes. Our LED video walls are built for modular indoor and outdoor use, and our lighting and sound systems are regularly deployed at outdoor events under tents as well as indoors at convention centers, hotels, ballrooms, museums, and private estates. We assess power, rigging, and load-in for the specific space, indoor or outdoor, during our discovery and site walkthrough.
