The Video Booth is a professional video capture station that gives every guest a moment in the spotlight. The setup includes a high-quality camera, a ring light, and a professional microphone, all calibrated so the result looks intentional, not like a phone selfie.
Guests can use the booth in three ways. As a lip sync station, they choose from a library of popular songs and perform on camera, dancing, singing along, or acting out the moment the way they see fit. As a personal video guestbook, they leave a heartfelt message or a funny memory for the guest of honor. As a recording station, guests step up to the mic and record a short freestyle, a toast, or a celebration shout-out that becomes part of the event archive.
Every session is delivered to the guest by text within seconds of recording. The full event library is compiled into a video presentation that the host receives after the event, a curated collection of every message, performance, and moment from the night.
Where It Works
The Video Booth performs best at events where the guest of honor or the group dynamic naturally leans into performance. Mitzvahs and sweet 16s produce the highest engagement; corporate events and galas use the testimonial format for branded content.
How Long It Runs
Standard bookings run 2 to 4 hours. Each guest session is short (30 to 90 seconds per take), which means throughput is high and lines stay short even when the booth is busy. A dedicated attendant manages pacing, coaching first-timers and keeping the energy up throughout the booking window.
For larger events, two booths can run in parallel to double capacity. Extended formats of 5 to 6 hours are available for large-scale corporate activations or events where the video guestbook is a central feature of the program.
