Themed Photo Experience

Snow Globe Photo Experience

Your guests step inside an oversized illuminated snow globe. Artificial snow swirls around them. Photos are captured on the spot and delivered instantly. One of the most talked-about moments at any holiday party, gala, or winter event.

What It Is

The Snow Globe Photo Experience is a large-scale themed photo activation that transforms a corner of your venue into a walk-in winter scene. Guests step inside a giant transparent globe framed by artificial snow, frosted pine trees, and soft winter lighting. As they pose, a flurry of white snow swirls around them and the photo is captured at the peak moment.

The activation is available in two formats. The walk-in giant globe seats up to four guests at a time inside a full enclosure with a custom winter backdrop behind it. The halo arch format uses a large circular arch framed with snow and winter scenery, giving guests a magazine-quality framed shot without stepping fully inside. Both formats use the same instant text delivery and branded overlay technology.

The snow globe works equally well as a standalone destination photo moment or as an upgrade that runs alongside a DJ set, a cocktail hour, or a corporate gala production. Because the prop itself is visually dramatic, guests naturally gravitate to it throughout the event without prompting.

Where It Works

The snow globe is purpose-built for winter and holiday events, but the visual drama translates to any event that benefits from a theatrical centerpiece photo moment.

How Long It Runs

The snow globe activation typically runs for 2 to 4 hours. Because of the natural draw of the prop, traffic is self-regulating: guests approach in groups throughout the event rather than queueing all at once. We size the attendant team to your guest count so the experience stays smooth across cocktail hour, dinner service, and the main entertainment window.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about booking the Snow Globe Photo Experience for your event.

What is the difference between the giant globe and the halo arch format?

The giant walk-in globe is a full transparent enclosure. Guests step inside and the snow swirls around them from all sides, creating a fully immersive shot. The halo arch is a large circular frame with a winter scenic backdrop behind it. Guests stand in front of the arch rather than inside it. The halo format has a smaller footprint and works well in venues where ceiling clearance or floor space limits the full globe setup.

How much space does the snow globe require?

The full walk-in globe requires approximately a 12-by-12-foot footprint with a ceiling clearance of around 10 feet. The halo arch format needs roughly 8-by-8 feet with standard 8-foot clearance. We do a quick venue walk-through before every event to confirm fit and placement.

Can the snow globe run alongside other photo experiences at the same event?

Yes. The snow globe pairs well with a roaming photo attendant who covers the rest of the venue while the globe draws guests to a dedicated corner. Many holiday party and mitzvah packages combine the globe with a second activation.

Is the snow real or simulated?

The snow is artificial, using a fine biodegradable material that looks like falling snow in photos. It is safe for guests of all ages and does not create a slipping hazard on the floor inside the globe.

Can we customize the backdrop or the branded overlay?

Yes on both. Standard backdrop options include a Central Park winter scene and a frosted forest. Custom backdrops with branded artwork or event-specific scenes are available. The overlay is always customized with your event name, logo, or theme at no additional charge.
