Immersive Photo Experience

Flower Immersive Experience

A garden guests walk into, not just stand in front of. Oversized paper roses climb a hedge wall on either side, a painted sky backdrop fills the back, and a touch-screen camera unit sits at the center, ready with instant prints for every guest who steps inside.

What It Is

The Flower Immersive Experience turns a corner of your venue into a small walk-in garden. Two hedge walls, each dressed with oversized paper roses in blush, ivory, and peach, frame a painted blue-sky backdrop with its own scattered paper blooms on wire stems. Guests step inside a real three-sided set, not a flat printed backdrop, and the depth is what makes the photos feel like a scene rather than a snapshot.

At the center of the garden stands a touch-screen camera unit under a light diffusing umbrella. Guests step up, frame themselves on the screen, and the unit captures the shot. The touch-screen shows a live preview immediately after, with print options and a text-delivery icon right there on screen, so guests choose what to keep before they walk away.

The format was built around a simple idea: April showers bring May flowers, and a flower garden is the kind of backdrop guests want to climb into and pose in every possible way. Big group shots work as well as solo portraits, since the garden opens wide enough to fit a full bridal party or a cluster of mitzvah friends at once.

Where It Works

The flower garden leads with spring and garden-themed celebrations, but the soft, photogenic backdrop performs at any event where guests want a genuinely pretty photo, not just a branded one.

How Long It Runs

Standard bookings run up to 4 hours, enough to cover cocktail hour through the main event. Because the garden is a walk-in set rather than a single-file kiosk line, small groups can pose together without holding up the guests behind them, which keeps throughput steady even during a busy cocktail hour.

For weddings and multi-day celebrations, extended and full-day formats are available. We confirm floor space and load-in access for the hedge walls and backdrop panels during planning, since the full garden footprint needs a bit more room than a flat backdrop booth.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about adding the Flower Immersive Experience to your event.

How much space does the flower garden need?

The full garden build, including both hedge walls and the sky backdrop, needs more floor space than a flat backdrop booth since guests walk inside a genuine three-sided set. We confirm exact footprint and load-in access for your venue during planning.

How many guests can pose together at once?

The garden opens wide enough to fit a full bridal party or a group of mitzvah friends in one shot. Because it is a walk-in set rather than a single kiosk line, groups can pose together without slowing down the guests waiting behind them.

How do guests get their photos?

After the photo is taken, guests preview it right on the touch-screen and choose from print options on the spot. A digital copy is also delivered by text within seconds, no app or login required.

Can the photos carry our event branding?

Yes. We can add your event name, monogram, or logo to the digital overlay so every photo carries your event identity alongside the flower garden backdrop. Send us your branding assets ahead of the event.

Is the flower garden only for spring events?

The floral theme reads especially well for spring weddings, bridal showers, and garden-themed celebrations, but the soft, photogenic backdrop works year-round for mitzvahs, sweet 16s, and corporate events where a genuinely pretty photo matters more than the season.
