Custom Station

Shaved Ice

Scoop it, drizzle it, and watch the colors melt in. Guests choose their own flavors and colorful toppings as fluffy, finely shaved ice is prepared fresh at the station, a bright and refreshing treat that stands out on a warm day and photographs beautifully at any event.

What It Is

Shaved ice starts as a block of ice shaved fine and fluffy rather than crushed or cubed, giving it a light, almost snow-like texture that holds flavor differently than a standard snow cone. Our attendant scoops it fresh for each order and finishes it with a drizzle of colorful flavored syrup.

Guests choose their own flavors and toppings from a menu built for your event, so no two cups look quite the same. The station is staffed from open to close, with an attendant scooping, drizzling, and finishing every order in front of the guest ordering it.

For mitzvahs, sweet 16s, and corporate activations, the syrup colors and cup styling can be tied to your event palette, giving a simple frozen treat a designed, event-specific look.

Where It Works

Shaved ice works especially well at daytime and warm-weather events, and it holds up just as well as a bright, refreshing station at mitzvahs, sweet 16s, and corporate celebrations year round.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about booking a shaved ice station for your event.

How is shaved ice different from a snow cone?

Shaved ice is shaved fine and fluffy from a block of ice rather than crushed into coarse chips, giving it a lighter, almost snow-like texture. It holds the flavored syrup more evenly than a standard snow cone, which is part of why it looks and tastes different.

Can guests choose their own flavors and toppings?

Yes. Guests pick the flavors and toppings they want from a menu built for your event, and the attendant scoops and finishes each cup to order.

Is shaved ice a good fit for a warm-weather event?

Very much so. It is especially popular at daytime and summer events, though it also works well as a bright, refreshing station at indoor mitzvahs, sweet 16s, and corporate events year round.

How much space does the station need?

The station needs a modest footprint for the attendant and equipment, plus a small queue area in front for guests. We confirm exact dimensions with your venue coordinator during planning.

Can we pair shaved ice with another custom station?

Yes. Shaved ice pairs well with a rolled ice cream station or a cotton candy art station for a combined cold-treat zone. Multi-station setups are quoted together.

Are kosher options available?

Yes. Kosher options are available on request, so the station fits comfortably at mitzvahs and other events where kosher service matters. Mention it during planning and we will build the menu around it.
