What It Is

A photo favor station is an on-site printing kiosk staffed by a professional attendant who photographs guests and produces a physical or printed keepsake before they leave the venue. There is no shipping, no waiting, and no app required. Every guest walks out with something custom in their hand.

We offer nine favor formats that cover every taste and event theme. Acrylic cling decals (Clingies) are die-cut into fun shapes, green-screen composited with your choice of background, and peeled off a backing to cling to any surface without adhesive. Sports ball prints embed a guest photo into a full-color design on an official-size baseball, basketball, soccer ball, or football, with sport-themed backgrounds and team-style graphics. Photo canvas prints stretch a professional event portrait onto a gallery-wrapped canvas, ready to hang the day guests get home.

Record cover prints superimpose each guest into a classic album layout, printed and sleeved inside a real 12-inch record pocket for an instant collector piece. Candy box prints replace the front panel of a full candy box with a guest photo and custom event branding; guests eat the candy and keep the box. Incredible Postcards composite a guest photo against a travel destination background, printed postcard-style and ready to mail or display.

Hologram 3D Flips (lenticular prints) capture two different poses of the same guest, then apply a lenticular lens so the image morphs as it tilts, creating an animated effect without a screen. The iMessage Favor Station is a digital experience: guests sign in on a custom iPad podium, create a personalized digital canvas using a stylus or their finger, and the completed artwork is compiled into a high-resolution printed photo guestbook delivered to the host.

Every station is fully staffed, typically runs for two to four hours, and can be branded with your event theme, color palette, and any custom background imagery. Output for luggage tags, record covers, and candy box formats is produced using full-color photographic printing on archival-quality media.

How Long It Runs

Most photo favor stations run for two to four hours alongside the main event entertainment. The attendant manages the queue, photographs each guest, and produces the finished favor on the spot. For events where the favor format requires more production time (canvas wrapping, lenticular lamination), we stage the output and distribute within the same event window. For larger guest counts, we can staff two stations concurrently.

Can guests choose their own favor format or is it one format per event?

Most events run one primary format so every guest receives the same keepsake, which creates a cohesive party favor. For larger events with a significant budget, we can staff two stations running different formats simultaneously. We help you choose based on your theme, guest age range, and what will photograph well at your venue.

How long does it take to produce each favor?

Production time varies by format. Cling decals and postcards print in under two minutes per guest. Canvas prints, record covers, and candy boxes take three to five minutes. Lenticular 3D flips require two poses and a lamination pass, typically five to seven minutes per guest. The attendant manages the queue so guests are never waiting long, and for larger groups we increase staffing.

What backgrounds are available for the green screen formats?

We maintain a library of backgrounds across multiple themes: sports stadiums, travel destinations, music scenes, seasonal environments, and event-generic options. You can also provide a custom background image, a logo overlay, or an event-specific graphic. We build and proof the background layout before your event.

Is the iMessage Favor Station digital only, or does it produce a physical output?

It produces a physical output. The station collects digital sign-ins during the event on a custom iPad podium. After the event, all the guest-created canvases are compiled and printed into a high-resolution photo guestbook that is delivered to the host. Guests experience a digital interaction at the party and the host receives a permanent keepsake.

Do the hologram 3D flip photos require special framing or storage?

No. Lenticular prints are rigid, self-contained, and durable. They do not require a frame or special storage. The effect works in ambient light without any power source or screen. Guests can display them on a desk, shelf, or bulletin board like any framed photo.
