What It Is

A pancake art station is a live griddle show as much as it is a dessert bar. Our artist pours batter directly onto the griddle, working in color and shape by hand, then flips and finishes each design before plating it for the guest who ordered it. Nothing is pre-made or reheated: every pancake is built to order in front of the person eating it.

Designs range from holiday and seasonal shapes to characters, emojis, logos, and monograms, so the station can be tied to your event theme or run as an open-menu surprise where guests pick from a design board. For a bar mitzvah, sweet 16, or corporate activation, we can build a small set of designs around your event branding or color palette ahead of time.

The station is fully attended from open to close, and kosher options are available on request for events where that matters.
