The DJ’s DJ. Dj David Raimer has had residencies in the most elegant NYC venues, including Nikki Beach, Tatou Clubs in NYC, Aspen and Beverly Hills. He made history when he became the heart of Laurabell and played at the legendary Studio 54.

 At 6’ 7”, he has a strong overview on what’s happening on the dance floor. Able to call music and move a crowd with the precision of a surgeon, there is no type event this veteran hasn’t graced with his skills.

David Raimer’s knowledge in music and mixing is unparalleled. His career has had him as the resident dj in the most elegant venues in NYC. David was the heart of Laurabell’s. David has mixed at many hot clubs in NYC including Residency at Nikki Midtown. David’s career took him on a path that made him into the incredible DJ he is. When Studio 54 shut their doors David was given the mixer from the DJ booth. 1982 Studio 54 Manhattan nightclub spinning on Mondays and Thursday nights during the Hell’s Angels and Calvin Kline parties.

1983-1986 (resident DJ) Andre’s of Aspen,Co World famous pro skier Andre Ulrich flies me to Aspen to spin at his night club in the prestigious ski town for numerous celebrity parties with guests like Jack Nicholson,Barbie Benton,John Denver,Ed Bradley and Lucille Ball.Music range from 1960’s soul,R&B,Rock n Roll,to Disco and New Wave.

1986-88 (resident DJ) Kingfisher room NYC Martin Fine begins the trendy word-of-mouth room private parties where future club personalities like Nell Campbell (Nell’s) and club architect “Rudy” began making their mark on the NYC scene.

1988-89 Nell’s (guest DJ) Monday night’s and Thursdays just as Hip Hop and House Music was re-defining and taking over the music industry.

1989-91 Club Paradise (resident DJ) One of the most exciting “underground” night spots in Manhattan with unlimited range of music styles from every genre and era.

1991-92 S.O.B.’s (Sounds of Brazil) resident DJ at Larry Gold’s world famous night spot during the surge of World Music fusion into the mainstream music scene.

1992 Club Kilimanjaro NYC’s first African owned and operated night club at the time.Music styles of various African Caribbean and World music.

1991-2005 LauraBelle Buzzy O’Keefe’s 1930’s Speak-Easy turned private socialite catering hall for NYC elite.Music style ranges from hip Hop to Ballroom Dancing.

1991-97 Tatou (resident DJ) Once again marc and Allan Fleishman take over and create another night club venue to top all others opening a Beverly Hills ,Japan and Aspen affiliate.

1998-2000 151 (resident DJ) At the same Tatou location new owners convert the club making it an after-hours,spot catering to a younger following with an underground Deep House format.

2001-2006 VUE (guest DJ) One of the only true International style night scenes in Manhattan.

2007- 2009 Nikki Midtown The world famous Nikki chain of clubs from South Beach Fla to Saint Tropez and St.Barts now comes to NYC.Guest DJ for all the special events and V.I.P. parties.
